Remember The Median Income Has Been Updated

It is important to remember that bankruptcy cases filed on or after February 1, 2008 will be subject to the Census Bureau's updated median family income data and the Administrative Expense Multiplies.  If you have not received updates from your software providers that provide for this update, you need to check into this.  You can check the updated figures on the U.S. Trustee's "Means Testing" page by clicking here.
