That just makes me mad! It's impossible to deal with these "creative" mortgages in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I am so upset with our two Texas Senators who are holding on to this ideological nonsense with absolutely no logical basis.
Maybe we can tweak Texas foreclosure law (bypass our crazy US Senators) to force Mortgage companies to work with consumers. I know that we may not be able to force a "National Bank" to modify its loans but we can make it harder for them to foreclose in Texas. That's what we are left with.
I'm with you on this one... it sux!
